这是一套位于北海西侧的顶楼公寓，为了让混血女儿获得更安定、更自由的成长环境，业主委托设计师王大泉为公寓进行了改造。于是，东方与西方、新城与古都、传统与当代、直白清晰与混沌隐喻，都借由空间巧妙地编织在了一处。This is a penthouse on the west side of Beihai. In order to let the mixed race daughter get a more stable and free growth environment, the owner commissioned designer Wang Daquan to transform the apartment. Thus, the metaphors of the East and the west, the new city and the ancient capital, the traditional and the contemporary, the straightforward and clear and the chaotic metaphors are all skillfully woven together by space.

超赞视野，眺望整个中轴线

Part one

courtyard

Excellent vision, overlooking the entire central axis

在这套300㎡的公寓内，东南角近100㎡的日式庭院成为城市上空一个自在隐秘的观望点。站在东侧的玻璃围墙前，你可以从北京城的西边一直望到东边，俯瞰整个中轴线上繁华的城市风景。

In this 300 square meter apartment, the nearly 100 square meter Japanese courtyard in the southeast corner becomes a free and secret observation point over the city. Standing in front of the glass wall on the east side, you can look from the west side of Beijing to the east side, overlooking the prosperous urban landscape along the central axis.

庭院仿佛是一个隐藏在城市林立高楼中的世外桃源，在高耸建筑的夹缝中，自成一片宁静天地。竹子和砖材料的使用，令整个庭院有一种婉约的东方审美。再加上一角的竹流水不停歇地涌动，阳光穿过庭院的植被照进室内，黛色的影子随着清风摇曳，总会觉得时间在这里变得慢下来。

  The courtyard is like a paradise hidden in the city's numerous high-rise buildings. In the crevice of high-rise buildings, the courtyard becomes a peaceful world. The use of bamboo and brick materials makes    the whole courtyard have a graceful Oriental aesthetic. In addition, a corner of the bamboo water constantly surging, sunlight through the courtyard vegetation into the room, the shadow of black with the      breeze swaying, always feel that time here becomes slow down.

主人偶尔在一窗之隔的和室喝茶，老茶汤醇香清和，从和室看出去，整个庭院的景色一览无余。谁又能想到在北京中心的顶层藏着这样一派清爽的自然风景呢？

Occasionally, the host drinks tea in the harmony room separated by a window. The old tea soup is mellow and clear. From the harmony room, you can see the whole courtyard at a glance. Who would have thought that such a refreshing natural landscape could be hidden on the top floor of the center of Beijing?

女主人在东西方文化的熏染下，对公寓的面貌有过诸多设想。更重要的是，主人尤为重视女儿的教育和成长环境的营造，购买并改造这套公寓的初衷和顾佳一样，也是为了即将上小学的女儿。

Under the influence of eastern and Western culture, the hostess had many ideas about the appearance of the apartment. What's more, the owner pays special attention to the education and growth environment of her daughter. The original intention of buying and transforming this apartment is the same as Gu Jia, which is also for her daughter who is going to primary school.

业主希望女儿能在这里完成全新的成长履历，因而除去舒适与自由之外，他们更期待这个家能有传统东方哲学的沉淀。

The owners hope that their daughter can complete a new growth experience here, so apart from comfort and freedom, they also expect the family to have the precipitation of traditional oriental philosophy.

于是，设计师王大泉首先对东方和西方的诸多文化符号做了一一拆解及重构，希望文化符号的元素能够自然地融入空间之中。无论是各空间之间的起承转合、光线的游移变换、还是功能的收放，重构之后的文化符号元素都合理的融入空间的设计细节。

Therefore, the designer Wang Daquan first disassembled and reconstructed many cultural symbols in the East and the west, hoping that the elements of cultural symbols could naturally blend into the space. Whether it is the transition between the various spaces, the shift of light, or the function of the play, the cultural symbol elements after the reconstruction are reasonably integrated into the design details of the space.

此外，主人对空间的实用性要求极高，设计师和主人一起挑选了部分家具，FLOS落地灯、B&B沙发、厨房西班牙板材等等，一件一件慢慢添置齐全，终得以在空间里呈现。细节品质让生活变得轻盈，这也是通往自由与文化空间的基础要义。

In addition, the host has a very high demand for the practicability of the space. The designer and the host have selected some furniture together, such as Flos floor lamp, B & B sofa, kitchen Spanish panel, etc., which are gradually added one by one and finally presented in the space. The quality of detail makes life light, which is also the basic meaning of freedom and cultural space.

当然对于整个家主体的空间，采光是重中之重，设计师将原有空间中的非结构墙拆掉后，打造出一个更为开阔的采光空间，通过建筑构造的手法，将自然光线尽可能的引入室内。

Of course, for the main space of the whole family, daylighting is the top priority. After removing the non structural walls in the original space, the designer creates a more open lighting space, and introduces the natural light into the interior as much as possible through the construction method.

但颇为神奇的是，光线被空间结构和材质巧妙滤过后，与重重景观叠加，和室外景观形成一个良好的内外呼应，堪称是一幅画啦~

But what's amazing is that the light is cleverly filtered by the spatial structure and material, and overlaps with the landscape, forming a good internal and external echo with the outdoor landscape. It can be called a painting~

主体空间根据生活的功能性明朗划分出客厅与餐厅，而厨房也借由隔断墙上的大块玻璃被纳入这个区域，形成一个明朗的半开放式的餐厨区。

The main space is divided into living room and dining room according to the function of life, and the kitchen is also brought into this area by the large glass on the partition wall, forming a bright semi open dining kitchen area.

明亮的整面玻璃幕墙给不仅给功能区带来绝妙采光，还使得家人的日常被拢在同一个空间中，除了休息和独处以外，彼此因为空间的关系而变得更为亲近。

The bright whole glass curtain wall not only brings wonderful lighting to the functional area, but also makes the daily life of family members in the same space. Apart from rest and solitude, they become closer to each other because of the space relationship.

轮转的舞台一样的厨房，使得家人的日常能在这里被彼此看见、关照，成为空间里一个充满互动与温暖的能量场，久而久之生活在空间里的人也容易获得滋养，多彩丰富的日常与内心的祥和安静融于一处，身心清净且富足。

The whirling stage like kitchen makes the daily life of family members be seen and cared for by each other. It becomes an energy field full of interaction and warmth in the space. Over time, people living in the space can easily get nourishment. Colorful daily life and inner peace and quiet blend together, making the body and mind clean and rich.

第四部分

茶室

屏除冗杂，以开放塑造景致的多种可能

Part four

teahouse

Remove the miscellaneous and open up the various possibilities of creating the scenery

贯穿整个公寓的是一条由玄关入户延伸到室内的长走廊，大片宣纸质感的风琴帘以极强的序列感在走廊玻璃幕内侧垂下，午后日光从白色风琴帘的缝隙中流泻到地面形成光栅，营造出宁静的闲适氛围。

Throughout the apartment is a long corridor extending from the porch to the interior. Large pieces of Xuan paper like organ curtain hang down inside the glass curtain of the corridor with a strong sense of sequence. In the afternoon, sunlight flows from the gap of the white organ curtain to the ground to form a grating, creating a quiet and comfortable atmosphere.

在走廊的一侧推开门，便是与庭院相连通的茶室。竹制的推拉门在一开一合之间，使得茶室之外庭院的风景也变得若隐若现起来。一旦将门拉开，满目景象成了忽然被打开的画轴，景色从朦胧到清明开阔，只在主人的一个念头之间，非常有传统中国画式的审美趣味。

Push open the door on one side of the corridor and you will find the tea room connected with the courtyard. The bamboo sliding door opens and closes, making the scenery of the courtyard outside the teahouse looming. Once the door is opened, the panoramic scene becomes a scroll that is suddenly opened. The scenery changes from hazy to clear and open. It is only between the master's idea and the aesthetic taste of traditional Chinese painting.

茶室在功能上满足了空间的私密性，而木格栅和墙体间的缝隙，又使空间保持了开放的态度。在材料的选择上，由重到轻，由实到虚，多种不同材料的并置，共同塑造了这一空间。

The function of the tea room satisfies the privacy of the space, and the gap between the wood grille and the wall keeps the space open. In the choice of materials, from heavy to light, from real to virtual, a variety of different materials juxtaposition, shaping this space.

比起在城市里奔忙，主人更愿意每天闲坐茶室，和雨中庭院作伴，在宁静之中感受生活片刻的怡然自得。

Compared with bustling about in the city, the host is more willing to sit in the tea room every day, accompany with the courtyard in the rain, and feel a moment of contentment in the quiet life.

 

第五部分

会客区

点缀活泼色彩，平衡空间律动

 

Part five

Reception area

Embellish lively color, balance space rhythm

灰白与木色是整个空间的底色，会客区品红与明黄色沙发是空间里忽然跃动的视觉焦点。而窗外，日式庭院中的植被景观也与室内相呼应，平衡了空间的律动感。

Gray white and wood color are the background colors of the whole space, and magenta and bright yellow sofas in the reception area are the visual focus of the space. Outside the window, the vegetation landscape in the Japanese courtyard echoes with the interior, balancing the rhythm of the space.

东方的恢弘、制式、利落与西方的灵动、自由相融合，具象的设计几乎没有出现在空间中，但大量留白的设计笔触反而赋予了空间鲜明的东方意趣。开放流畅的动线与简洁实用的功能则恰好匹配主人更国际化的生活习惯。

  The Oriental magnificence, system and neatness are combined with the Western flexibility and freedom. The concrete design almost does not appear in the space, but a large number of blank design strokes give the space a distinct Oriental interest. The open and smooth moving line and simple and practical functions just match the host's more international living habits.

第六部分

卧室

轻柔光线，营造舒适休憩氛围

Part VI

bedroom

Soft light creates a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere

主卧、女儿房和主卫分布在走廊的两侧，女儿房采用了和室设计，但增加了更灵巧的收纳空间和功能附件。

The master bedroom, daughter's room and main bathroom are distributed on both sides of the corridor. The daughter's room adopts the harmony room design, but adds more dexterous storage space and functional accessories.

低垂柔软的光线在休息区弥漫，两间卧室与庭院共享自西向东的城市景观，动静在休息区完成转换，而窗外景色又再度将室内空间与这座城市联结。

The two bedrooms share the urban landscape from west to East with the courtyard. The movement and stillness are transformed in the rest area. The view outside the window connects the interior space with the city again.

主卧天花处的直线和弧线在一个点交汇，这个设计并非刻意，而是在建筑结构梁柱的基础上完成。在王大泉看来，与其做更多的设计覆盖遮掩，不如顺势而为，也就此和整个空间完成了一次呼应，而空间中弧线的设置同时也给户主足够的安全保障。

The straight line and arc at the ceiling of the main bedroom intersect at a point. This design is not intentional, but is completed on the basis of building structural beams and columns. In Wang Daquan's opinion, it is better to follow the trend rather than to cover more design, which has completed a echo with the whole space, and the setting of the arc in the space also provides sufficient security for the head of household.

传统意趣在当代空间中虽然打破了形式，但却凝聚了精神内核。坚硬的线条与弧线在空间中相融，在这样充满交互感的家中，空间在经年累月中滋养着主人，克制那些忙碌生活常常滋生的冲动和不安，这大概是家对我们的另外一重意义。

Although the traditional interest has broken the form in the contemporary space, it has condensed the spiritual core. Hard lines and arcs blend in the space. In such a home full of interaction, space nourishes the master over the years, and resists the impulses and anxieties that often arise from busy life. This is probably another important significance of home to us.
