如今的时代,人们需要返璞归真的安静与简单。晟永興品牌已有十年历史积淀,传承的专注与从容赋予了品牌不一般的文化底蕴。这家新烤鸭店就位于北京三里屯地区的新东路口,守着使馆区,闹中取静。店铺前身由三个小餐厅组成,结构十分复杂。设计师在此基础上进行改造,把原来的建筑空间,重新赋予历史以新生,不浮华,却保留着旧日无法复刻的似水年华,中西方截然不同的尊贵气质在这里完美结合。


In today's era, people need to return to the quiet and simple. Yong Yongxing brand has accumulated over 10 years of history. The inherited focus and calmness give the brand an unusual cultural heritage. The new roast duck restaurant is located in the mouth of Xindong Road in the Sanlitun area of Beijing. The shop's predecessor was composed of three small restaurants and the structure was very complicated. On this basis, the designers will carry out transformations to re-create the original architectural space with a new life, not flashy, but retain the waterless life that could not be re-engraved in the old days. The distinguished temperament between China and the West is perfectly integrated here.

墙外清雅,留有余白,像是闹市中尚未展开的古画卷轴。它太安静,太低调,也正因为如此,才给人留下了神秘与古朴的印象。墙内是古今交汇的风景:西方当代生活方式,烙上中国传统文化的印,如同北京遇上西雅图的对话。


The wall is elegant, leaving a blank space, like a scroll of ancient paintings that has not yet unfolded in the downtown area. It is too quiet and too low-key. Inside the wall is the landscape where ancient and modern meet: the contemporary Western lifestyle and the imprint of the traditional Chinese culture are the same as Beijing's dialogue with Seattle.

灯光洒落下来,梦幻轻盈,让人沉醉。空间明亮之处,建筑显得更加开阔,并且带给客人明快愉悦的心情,空间暗成之处,使人感到休闲与放松。高脚杯里的红酒散发出巴黎街头的风情与优雅,多种座位拉近了人与人之间的距离。客人们可以开心的品酒、谈话,也可以坐在窗边安静地思考。


侍酒师来自柏悦酒店,是中国第一个女侍酒师。这一次,晟永興烤鸭店把酒店餐饮的体系介入到社会餐饮的体系,高端国际化的酒吧格调描绘出时尚人士生活的另一个维度。“晟永興的服务可以类比五星级酒店的服务标准,三里屯这家餐厅的酒窑应该是最大的。有一百多种酒,而且卖的不贵。我们也希望通过配餐酒吸引更多精英阶层。”设计师王大泉说。

沿着狭窄而幽深的台阶上楼,木材包浆的痕迹中留下细腻的触感,右手可拂尽长城的古砖质地。在这个狭长的空间中,阳光如时间长河倾泻而下。

或许我们已经错失了某段岁月,又或许我们已经遗忘了某种传统,但是在晟永興,古老的文化依如昨日重现。历史文脉在这里生根发芽,幻化成一曲悠扬的曲调,从天窗飞向无际的天空中去。

二楼的环境,更是给人回廊曲折,步移景异之感。


灰色和黑色交织的复古地砖营造出百年岁月情怀,一桌一椅都让人如同穿梭回民国时代深墙后的神秘与尊贵。空间中的设计语言一气呵成,恰似一篇温情的散文将回忆和经典娓娓道来。


空间里的艺术品全部是由捷克回国的艺术家定制的原创作品,艺术品的花色也极为讲究,与空间相互影响,相得益彰。卡座背后的墙面是视觉艺术的幕布,常变常新的影像让经常光顾的老顾客每次都有新的体会。


The environment on the second floor is to give people a twist on the corridors and to move away from the scene.


The retro floor tiles interlaced with gray and black create a hundred years of years of feelings. Each table and chair makes people feel as if they are traveling back to the mystery and dignity of the deep walls of the Republic of China. The design language in space is in one go, just like a gentle prose to recall memories and classics.


The artworks in the space are all original works custom-made by artists returning from the Czech Republic. The colors of the works of art are also very particular. They interact with space and complement each other. The walls behind the deck are the curtains of the visual arts, and the often-changing images make new visits frequented by old customers.

一次活动上,一位颇有名气的美食家说这个餐厅最令他感动的地方,就是没有一幅画,或者一个东西是刻意留下的。在设计师王大泉看来,“好的设计就是没有设计,置之于无形中,不做过分强调,空间会在自然规律下生长。


时间推移,艺术品会逐渐丰富,来的客人有惊喜,愿意再来,便有了归属感。” 王大泉说。

二层设计,取材自然。


通过给建筑开三个天窗,将自然景观导入室内,实现了不同空间的置换关系。为了让设计不过于程式化,小到灯饰,大到包间廊架,以灯笼为主线串起。两个开放的包间结构是放大的灯笼骨架,灯饰则是用铁丝手工制作,具有北方传统灯笼的特点,也代表了北方文化。


“小时候,我在爸爸单位的食堂吃饭,那里没有包间,没有明显的社会等级。空间是开放的,或者几块屏风挡一下,能听到声音,但是看不到人。这个经历给我留下深刻的人文印象,所以把它放到了餐厅里。”王大泉说。

The lighting is hand-made with iron wire. It has the characteristics of northern traditional lanterns and also represents northern culture.


“When I was a child, I ate in the dining room of my dad’s unit. There was no private room and there was no obvious social hierarchy. Space was open, or a few screens blocked, I could hear the voice but I couldn’t see people. This experience left me Deep humanistic impressions, so put it in the restaurant." Wang Daquan said.

走出室内,来到天台,风景此处独好。树晃晃如云影向远方延伸而去,品酒之余,收获富有命力的开朗心境。

设计师深谙此道,以建筑的形式营造出一种人人都能切身感受到的文化氛围,让“晟永興烤鸭”从传统走向当代,成为高端人士眼中最具地域特色的一种选择。
